Compare the body with a most modern, mobile, air-conditioned factory. Its building
(the body) has a cement concrete structure (the spine and bones),
and it is built on pillars (the legs) which give it movement also.
Its first floor, which is up to the diaphragm, accommodates the nutrition producing
plant, filtration plant, and even sewage plant to throw out wastage (urine and stools).
Then there is also the unique reproduction plant.
On the second floor of this human building, there is a non-stop pump (the heart)
and also air controllers (the lungs).
The top floor is dome shaped and accommodates something similar to the atomic reactor,
a super-computer, and telephone exchange which has a kilometres long, very fast communication
All the plants work automatically and in co-ordination. For example you don't have
to tell your lungs to breathe or your heart to pump.

Treating some common ailments These recommendations are only general guidelines as
there are several pressure points that can be used for each condition.
toothache, menstrual cramps, and constipation: Squeeze the point "Large intestine
4" firmly for about five minutes between the thumb and forefinger of either hand. This
point is located in the web of flesh between then thumb and index finger. The pressure
should be towards the index finger.
Most facial aches and pains may be relieved at this pressure point. Headache is a
symptom showing that something in the body does not work well. Please be sure to
see your doctor first.
For nausea from any cause such as travel sickness, pregnancy,
or anxiety: Press with your thumb on the point "Pericardium 6" as shown, about 50mm
from the wrist, for five to ten minutes.
If you suffer from poor memory: Press the point about 50mm from the wrist (two fingers
above the crease of the wrist) between the two tendons.
