Warning: Essential oils must be used with care as they are highly concentrated and
could cause allergy and skin irritation.
For example, contra indication for using sage:
Do not use on people who drink alcohol.
Do not use on epileptic or convulsionary people.
It is very toxic. Rather use clary sage (Salvia Sclarea)
Lemon and all its oils: Be careful of pigmentation when you use citrus oils. Stay
out of the sun.
Using Aromatherapy to relieve common ailments: To improve circulation
in extremities such as legs, massage the leg from the foot to the knee with oils
such as Sage and Lemon.
For tense shoulder and neck muscles caused by stress, use
oils such as Juniper, Lavender, Sweet Marjoram, Camomile and Neroli to massage the
area with circular finger movements for about three minutes.
